Vieux Carrè
Ingredients
1 oz Rye Whiskey
1 oz Cognac
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
1 bar spoon Bénédictine
2 dash Peychaud's Bitters
Technique
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass with ice cubes. Stir well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish
Garnish with orange zest and maraschino cherry.
