Ingredients
1/2 oz Brandy
1 1/2 oz Red Tawny Port Wine
1/3 oz Egg Yolk
Technique
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, shake well with ice, strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish
Sprinkle with fresh ground nutmeg.
