Pisco Sour
Ingredients
2 oz Pisco
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
2/3 oz Simple Syrup
1 piece Raw Egg White
Technique
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled goblet glass.
Garnish
Garnish with a few dashes of Amargo bitters on top.
