Mimosa
Ingredients
2 1/2 oz Fresh orange juice
2 1/2 oz Prosecco
Technique
Pour orange juice into a flute glass and gently pour the sparkling wine. Stir gently. Note: Also known as Buck's Fizz.
Garnish
Garnish with an orange twist (optional).
